It really depends on the experience you want. All of the on site RESORTS (these are far from your typical hotel/motel my dear) are amazing and DO NOT disappoint! BUT, it's all about what you want. Check out the websites, view & tour the resorts, get pricing & make reservations right online http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/ Ticket prices vary on what parks you want to visit. Disney is made up of several different parks and each carries its own ticket price. You can also purchase a ticket that allows access to all parks. It really depends on what you want to spend. The resort prices are reasonable when you consider all the perks included but can cause the overall expense to skyrocket! You may want to consider finding alternative lodging to allow additional money for other aspects of your trip. Try these websites for lodging alternatives: www.hotwire.com www.hotels.com www.expedia.com Best of Luck! And enjoy! Disney is a BLAST!!

Well the value resorts you will be looking at are the allstar sports, pop century and allstar movies. Rates start at 82 a night. Here's the link they say they can get you a package and work with in your budget so give it a try.http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/hotels/?facetNameng:hasResortCategoryFacet=facetValueng:value Oh and some of the hotels that surround disneyworld offer free transportation to the parks. So look around, there is a good way to save money on the hotel.

OK, first, there are NO CHEAP DISNEY TICKETS on the web or anywhere else. If someone offers you cheap Disney tickets, beware! Disney now links your fingerprint to your ticket, and the tickets are non-transferrable. The least expensive way to see the World is a basic ticket, but if you're only there for a little while, the parkhopper option is wonderful. You can skip the water parks and save some money there. Second, explore Disney World's website at http://www.disneyworld.com for the "official" information. Then, once you've been through all that, go to http://www.allearsnet.com for exhaustive information, both official and behind-the-scenes. Be sure you sign up for their newsletter. As to the best on-site Disney World hotel: if you're looking for cheap, you have two options. One is the value resort option, of which Pop Century is the newest. Second is, if you're the camping type, pack up a small tent, a couple of sleeping bags and inflatable pillows and head for Disney's Fort Wilderness campground. It's a wonderful campground with so much to do that there are people who stay there and never go to the parks! Have a great trip and, again, be careful of those "cheap" Disney tickets!

Ok, you have posted this same question about a dozen times over the last few months under different user names. Are you just joking, or what? Anyway, there are no cheap legitimate Disney tickets. Why don't you go to a travel agent and get some help, since you seem to be having such a hard time with it? Also, you'll have to check with the airline you go with to see if they will allow a light saber in a carry-on.

Ok, NC person to NC person - Cheap and flights don't mesh right now. We are going in June via Amtrak as no cheap flights out there. If you must fly check airtran out of Charlotte, Southwest out of Raleigh and Allegiant out of Greensboro but they have very limited days and only fly into Sanford so you have to add ground transport to Disney as Magic Express does not serve the Sanford airport. There are NO cheap Disney tickets that are legit. Have heard of going to a time share presentation and getting a free pass, but who want's to waste part of their vacation, deal with the hassel for 1 day pass. Disney is cracking down on ebay etc. tickets as you are fingerprinted to your ticket and most expire within 14 days of first use for multi-day tickets. The more days you buy for from Disney the lower the per day amount. On site the bargains will be the value hotels, moderates to me are worth the extra money as we do lounge around a day or 2. But if it's just for a place to sleep go with the value resorts. Go to the disney web site and brouse around or order their free DVD for planning. Depending upon your light saper, probably not a carry on and may be questions with checked baggage. (Remember most charge extra for that now so calculate that in your air fare.) My son has a collectable sabre with a floresent tube - Checked Only and then it is fragile so I would never carry it. You may want to pre-ship to your hotel via UPS or Fed Ex and schedule it to arrive the day you check in. Then ship it home afterwards if you just have to carry it. Have fun!

There is no cheap tickets to the Disney parks. You pay the price on the disney web site. There is many scams (tickets that are fakes and no good) out there for disney park tickets. only buy on line at the disney web site. The disney value resorts are the cheapest. look on the disney web site for them. going to disney is expensive. the ticket prices are a lot and you should buy them only from disney. the value resorts are going to be the best deal for you. staying at a disney resort will give you free transportation to and from the airport (this can run $$) and free buses to all the disney parks. Go to the disney web site. Yes you can bring your light saber, many people had them last year. I would bring one that can retract.

Lets tackle one thing at a time. TICKETS: Do not buy cheap tickets. Buy them directly from Disney. Tickets expire 14 days from their first use unless there is a "no expiration" option on them. And, tickets are linked to their true owners by fingerprint scans... so, tickets off ebay or someplace like that are 1) likely expired and 2) will not work because your fingerprint will not match the one that is coded to work with that ticket. 2 adult - 2 day base tickets = $298 LODGING: There are many options. If you want to do this Disney vacation as cheaply as possible then stay at Pop Century or one of the All-Star Resorts. They start at $82 a night, but are more during busy times (like Star Wars weekends). For 3 nights in the middle of June your resort will cost $458.00 So, not including airfare, food or souveniers your Disney vacation will cost you $756.00. * * * Just so you know! You can't book vacations for next year yet! They are only allowing vacations up to and including December 31st! But, F.Y.I. Star Wars weekends are usually in May and June! That's why I picked the middle of June for the hotel prices!

If you're planning to go to Disney World I would suggest Disney's Pop Century Resort. It is only about $82 per night and they give your transportation around the Walt Disney World Resort and to your hotel from Orlando International Airport free. Here is Pop Century's Website: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/res... Here are benefits of staying on Disney Property: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/res...
