Stuck in Charlotte NC. My flight got delayed. Will the airline put me on another flight?
It got delayed. I have two lay overs getting to the west coast. Are the airline willing to put me on another flight, hopefully a direct flight. What are my chances.

why are you asking us? why not ask the airline we don't run the airlines the airline would know not us where are you coming from you don't say what airline are on you don't say where are you going -again you don't say when people don't tell us all the information i tend think you are a trolling because they would said i was on such and such airline then you said a layover which is not the same as connection

If you are traveling on a single ticket (through fare basis), that is, you're booked on the same airline (or in combination with their alliance partners) from your origin to your final destination, then you should have no problem. Connecting in CLT means you're probably flying US Airways and they will be aware of the timing issues and if your connecting flight departs before your late flight arrives, you'll be accommodated. Just check with any gate agent. If the delays are the direct fault of the airline and you cannot be accommodated the same day, the airline will get you a hotel, give you food vouchers and get you on your way the next day. If you are traveling with point to point ticketing, regardless of whether or not it's the same airline. You will be out of luck and must arrange your next flight and pay any penalties that may apply.
