The only two airlines offerinf a non stop flight from Charlotte to Orlando are USAirways and Airtran. I am not sure if they have a flight at 10 AM. If you are lucky you can get a ticket with AirTran for about 77 dollars.

I can't tell you what the cheapest flight is as you have no specific dates listed but you can consult a booking service called "Kayak" and it will search all available airlines for the dates that you input into its search. Good luck!

try american airlines, they always have sales

Can I miss a flight and get on the next

Can I miss a flight and get on the next?
I am flying from Wilmington, NC to Memphis, TN. There is a connecting flight in Charlotte. I was wondering, can I skip the flight in Wilmington and get on the flight in Charlotte to Memphis? I will be flying US Airways. Thank you.

No. Once you skip one flight in your itinerary, you lose all subsequent flights. I believe this is a FAA regulation and has to do with safety, and nothing that all the airlines have decided to do for themselves.
2 :
Normally no. It depends on your ticket though, so contact the airline.
3 :
Nope, As soon as you do not get on the aircraft in Wilmington, your entire ticket is cancelled, including the return flight. This is Federal Law.
4 :
As soon as you skip the first segment, the remaining segments will automatically be cancelled and all value to the ticket will automatically be lost. Buying an airline ticket with the intention of only using part is called "throwaway ticketing" and is a disallowed practice on virtually all airlines worldwide. Airlines enforce this practice by specifying that no-shows are subject to cancellation in the fare rules -- it has nothing to do (as erroneously pointed out in other answers) with federal law. There are no federal laws or regulations requiring airlines to cancel reservations for no-shows -- the existence of the policy is wholly due to airline enforcement of their own terms and conditions governing the tickets they sell.

You should call US Airways and tell them that you won't be using the first flight, you're going to be in the Charlotte area or whatever. They can cancel out your first flight and you can use it again within a year. The sooner you call the better. Let them know your situation and see what they can do. Most times they'll note your reservation and you can just use your Charlotte to Memphis segment.
