Hi. I still need some advice for Walt Disney World. Can my dad book Disney's Magical Express with US Airways when my dad books a Disney World Trip with flight from Charlotte NC to Orlando FL? Also I need some advice for packing. Should I take my Darth Vader lightsaber and my Darth Vader mask when I go to the Star Wars weekends? When is the best time to go to Disney World??? I am gruaduating from High School this year and my wish is to go to Walt Disney World!!! And my wish will come true this year!!!!!! So, any helpful tips for the Star Wars weekends? I am dressing up as Darth Vader this year because I am not a Jedi anymore but I am a dark appritence to Darth Vader and your thoughts about the Star Wars weekends??? What is the best onsite hotel to stay at Disney World that my dad can affford? I want a cheap trip to Disney World and how much does a Disney World trip cost if my dad books with US Airways with 2 people? Do I need a travel agant that can help my dad book a trip to WDW?

Best way to go through Airports?
I am flying alone for the first time in my life on Friday. I just want to know like what exactly getting on a plane entails, step by step. I'm going to the Newark Airport and I have a connecting flight from Charlotte, and finally ending up in Atlanta. I only have one bag, but in that bag is a wrapped jewelery box (late Christmas gift) and I was wondering if security would have problems with that (I'm also bringing a stuffed animal...which shouldn't be a problem)... Also, what should I bring...not bring? etc. Any information/tips/advice someone could give me would be appreciated greatly.

Please note that by entering an airport you have given your consent for the UNCONSTITUTIONAL TSA to search you and indeed remove ANYTHING from either your checked or carry-on baggage and you have NO say in the matter at all, they will probably unwrap the gift item you are carrying and inspect the contents. Note that we would not have TSA at all except for the MYTH that 19 suicidal hijackers took control of 4 commercial airliners and crashed 3 of them into buildings. This is a MYTH .... get a CLUE AMERICA! Arrest the emperor for INDECENT EXPOSURE!

First, you need to check in. If you only have a carry-on bag, you can check-in online and print your boarding pass yourself. This saves you time at the airport. If you plan to check-in a bag, allow extra time at the airport, check in at the counter of your airline, where you will drop off your bag, will receive a tag to track the bag (in case it gets lost) and where you can also get your boarding pass. It goes without saying that you should not check-in very valuable items. Bags do get lost or damaged occasionally, and the airlines only cover damages up to certain limits. So, take the jewelry with you on board. After checking in, you go to the security check-point. On most airports, there is some pre-screening where they will check your boarding pass and possibly your id, i.e. driver's license. At the security checkpoint, you will have to put all your bags on belt running through an x-ray machine, as well as shoes and jacket. Laptops also have to be put on the belt separately. Then you walk through the scanner yourself; make sure that you have no metal like coins or cell phones in your pockets, they will set off the scanner. Something that happened to me yesterday and real upset about it?
Yesterday I was on a 2 hour flight from charlotte to my hometown in my houston and 1 of my brothers who I used to stay with picked me up from the airport straight to the greyhound bus station to ride a bus to dallas which took 5 hours and made me real upset talking about he don't want no drama from me at my own house that I signed for so me and him and baby momma & children could stay in,the reason why I left him in the first place was because all he was doing was putting debt in my name and having me babysitting his bad ass children all the time,I'm a 28 year old male with a disability,in november of last year i moved to virginia where the rest of my kinfolks live,but I had to live for personal reasons and comeback home,when i was at the greyhound station I had 25 minutes to buy a ticket and i decided to called my other bro which was no help at all because he told me I should sell my laptop and I hung up on him,and bought the ticket,on the way to dallas I call my brother who picked me up from the airport and we ended arguing and I cursed him out because I did'nt like whole idea of taking to the bus station straight from the airport,has anyone else been through a simular situation like this?

Oh yeah...I had a situation pretty much exactly like this one. My solution was I went back to the bus station and sat in the mens' room for 20 minutes before my sister in law called and told me to trade my Ford Escort in for a Toyota Celica which made me super mad so I called my uncle who was baby sitting my 4 kids and told me that the oldest just called the baby a doody-head which made me even madder so I walked around in a circle for another 15 minutes before going to the pharmacy and buying some Pepto-Bismol for my upset stomach because I have digestive issues which my doctor told me was due to so much stress and could lead to an ulcer which made me really mad because my grandpa died from an ulcer back in '73 and I thought I would die from it too. wow, I thought I was alone!!

You bet it has, the moral of the story is "YOU CAN PICK YOUR FRIENDS BUT YOU CAN'T PICK YOUR FAMILY'--So forget about it,until they need you. ENOUGH SAID MY FRIEND!! Go ahead a make your best life.
